It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack E. Ort (Hummelstown, Pennsylvania), born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 24, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Edward J. Ort. He is survived by: his parent Esther B. Ort (Locke); his spouse Carol A. Ort (Kincaid); his sister Kathy Campbell (Robert); his children, Daniel Ort (Kristina), Mark Ort (Kristin) and Kelli Chambers (Chris); his grandchildren, Taylor Ort, Jack Ort, Jesse Ort, Livi Ort, Natalie Chambers and Jonathan Chambers; and his pets, Marley, Teagan and Reggie.
