She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Yancofsky and Veronica Yeckabosky Yancofsky; her husband John J. Fazio; and her sisters, Antoinette Honushefsky, Bertha Evanowsky, Anna Yancofsky, Mary Woolley and Theresa Drahos. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
