He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Mader and Scedella June Frye Mader. He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Shertzer Mader; his children, Thomas E. Mader (Sandra B. Plouse) and Karen L. Hinson (Timothy L.); his grandchildren, Brittany Mader Jurell (Cory), Wade Mader, Abbey Hinson and Thomas Hinson; and his great grandchildren, Emma Jurell, Evelyn Jurell and Jameson Jurell. He is also survived by his grandfather, father, and two uncles.
