He was predeceased by: his spouse Gerry A. Uberroth (Ritz); his parents, Harry Uberroth and Dorothy Uberroth (Woodring); and his sons, Clay Uberroth and Harry F. J. Uberroth III.
He is survived by: his children, Scott D. Uberroth of Todd, R. L and Gerry "Beth" Borda (Craig); and his sisters, Donna Seibert and Jacqueline Miller. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
