He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Geib and Mary Koons Geib; and his siblings, Paul, Harvey, Roy, John Geib, Mary Coffman and Pauline Heidbrider.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Stevens Geib; his son Major Kurt E. Geib of Arlington, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Scott, Danielle and Nathanael of Vermont.
