He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam L. Behney and Erma Behney Zahm (Symmerman); and his siblings, Richard Behney, Arthur Behney, Mildred Ingrahm and Gladis Behney.
He is survived by: his wife Joy K. Carroll Behney (Shenk); his sons, Scott A. Behney of Jonestown and David F. Behney of Alliance, Ohio; his stepchildren, Deborah Whitenight, Timothy Eisenhauer, Sr., Deanna Skoloda, Kathleen Carroll and William Carroll, Jr.; his sister Dorothy Baker; his granddaughters, Bethany and Joy; and his great grandchild Lincoln. He is also survived by eighteen step grandchildren; and four step great grandchildren.
