Smith (Hummelstown, Pennsylvania), born in Towanda, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 14, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Smith and Florence Smith (Gowin). He is survived by: his wife Sally Smith (Martin); his children, Beth Ann Helsel (Joseph), Duane Smith (Beth) and Curtis Smith (Dawn); his sisters, Charlotte Sullivan and Margaret Potter; his grandchildren, Joshua Hess (Candace), Amanda Whitlow (Matthew), Kelsey Duffy, Austin Smith, Brenden Smith, Connor Smith, Anna Smith, Preston Smith, Jessica Mellinger (Michael), Michael Duffy (Kimberly), Cortney Helsel, Kelsea Helsel and Maddison Shultz; and his great grandchildren, Jude, Miles Hess, Emma, Levi Whitlow and Addison Mellinger.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
