With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Leon Fuoti of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 9, 2024 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fuoti and Helen Fuoti (Bower); and his sister Margaret Hower (Fuoti). He is survived by: his wife Agnes "Sis" Fuoti (Matinchek); his children, Michele Fichter (Fuoti), Michael George Fuoti (Gail) and Anthony Matinchek (Amy); his brother Leroy Fuoti; his grandchildren, Alec George Fuoti and Cameron David Fuoti; and his stepgrandchildren, Alison Gilg (Waple) and Brett Waple.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peters Evangelical Lutheran Church (121 N Spring St, Middletown, PA 17057). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
