He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Charles, Sr. and Mary Shaffer Boroz; and his sister Joan Boroz Costello. He is survived by: his nephews, Stanley Costello of Harrisburg and Robert Costello (Janice) of Etters; his great-nieces, Alexandra and Amanda Costello; his great-nephew Adam Costello; and his cousin Elizabeth Kelly of Harrisburg.
