She was predeceased by: her parents, Joaquin Marroquin and Amalia Marroquin (Arriaga); her son Fernando Esquivel; and her granddaughter Amber Marroquin. She is survived by: her children, Maria Esquivel, Manuel Marroquin and Javier Marroquin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; as well as four brothers and four sisters; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
