With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faylene E. Zdinak of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, born in Hillsgrove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray L. Kanally and N. Marie Kanally (Brong); and her husband Paul Zdinak. She is survived by: her significant other Philadelphia Phillies; her children, Brian L. Cain (Theresa) of Hummelstown and Cheryl Gregory of Hummelstown; her stepson Jeffrey P Zdinak of Morgan Hill, CA; her grandchildren, Alisha Mutch (Jimmy), Eric Cain (Mindy), Brandon Black (Karly) and Sarah Gonzales (Tadd); and her great grandchildren, Layla Mutch, Connor, Caleb Mutch, Breccan Black, Rory Black, Renner Black and Sutton Gonzales.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions or donations in Faylene's name may be made to Grace United Methodist Church, Hummelstown Food Bank or to Love INC.
