We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2023, at the age of 92, Ethel Frances Watts of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Franklin and Margretta Lauver Ulsh; her husband Melvin Neil Watts, Sr.; her son Bryan Scott Watts; and her grandson Tyler Watts.
She is survived by: her children, Wenda Harman (Ken) of Hummelstown, Connie Barto of Hummelstown, Melvin Watts, Jr. (Lisa) of Hummelstown, Jeff Watts (Traci Watts) of Hummelstown and Mark Watts of Hershey; her grandchildren, Andy Hartman, Aaron Harman, Tim Harman, Megan Betz, Melissa Hallman, Chris Watts, Josh Watts, Brittany Watts, Cayla Watts, Ryan Watts, Tara Watts, Owen Watts, Joseph Wilk and Zach Wilk; and her brother Jack Ulsh (Bev) of Colonial Park. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
