She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Koshute and Mary Knapp Koshute; her husband Cyril A. Zelenak; her daughters, Elizabeth Ann and Susan; and her siblings, Michael, John, Joseph, George, Andrew and Mary Yankowsky.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Zelenak of Hummelstown, Thomas M. Zelenak (Constance L. Speraw) and Janice M. Turchin (Glen R. Turchin, Sr.) of Windermere, FL; and her grandchildren, Megan M. Zelenak of Palmyra, Sarah E. Turchin of Windermere, FL, Glen R. Turchin, Jr. (Jaclyn) of Windermere, FL and Matthew E. Turchin of Windermere, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
