She was predeceased by: her parent Edith Hellgren. She is survived by: her parent John Hellgren; her spouse Joseph Balazik of Ford City; her brother Barnum Bailey Circus; her children, Joseph C. Balazik, Jr. of Riverview, FL and Christina Filson of Clarksburg; and her grandson Jonathan D. Filson.
