He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin and Pauline A. Spriggle Klucker; and his brothers, Larry and James. He is survived by: his wife Lori Ann Sechrist Klucker; his children, Douglas J. (Amy) of Harrisburg, Michael G. of Fairfax, VA and Jessica L. Pizzuro of New Cumberland, WV; and his sister Judy L. Johnson (Bob) of Perdix.
