Dorothy Faris Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Faris (Hummelstown, Pennsylvania), born in Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on June 15, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis James and Grace Sachau Combs; her husband Thomas W. Faris; her daughter Wendy Welcomer; and her stepson Eric Faris.
She is survived by: her son Warren L. Capps (Lynne) of Manchaca, TX; her son-in-law James Welcomer of Harrisburg; her stepdaughters, Beth Eubanks (William) of Concord, NC and Ellen Bessell of Charlottesville, VA; and her pet Rosie. She is also survived by nine step-grandchildren; 10 step- great-grandchildren.
