He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Theresa Freisen. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis W. Sweigart, Sr. (LeeAnn) and Connie Bennage (Smith); his wife Rebecca L. Sweigart (Yoder); his children, Katharine R Sweigart and John D. Sweigart; his siblings, Darren Sweigart (Linda), Kelley Schindler, Michael Bennage, Matt Bennage, Eva McBride and Justin Sweigart; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Witty (Yoder), Michael Witty, Jr. and Timothy Freisen. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the Sweigart family prefers memorial contributions be made to Penn State Health's Mental Health and Psychiatry division.
