He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Frascella, Sr. and Mary E. Reilly Frascella; his brother Thomas A. Frascella, Jr.; and his grandson Austin Kotchey. He is survived by: his close friend Karen Kotchey; his siblings, Michael J. Frascella (late Carolyn) of Middletown, Joseph M. Frascella of Hummelstown, David J. Frascella of Hummelstown, Mary E. Mader (Ben) of Hummelstown and Helen Fies (Kerry) of Hummelstown; and also, Kevin Kotchey (Jolene) of Harrisburg, Keith Kotchey (Joelisa) of Hummelstown and Kimberly Zvolensky (Geno) of Middletown. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
