He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Schoell and Louise Golden Schoell; his wife Helen L. Hogue Schoell; and his sister Helen Morton. He is survived by: his children, Kathie L. Blouch (John Bennett) of Hummelstown, Nancy L. Schrey (Gary W.) of Linglestown, Charles W. Schoell, Jr. of Chambers Hill and Roger S. Schoell of Chambers Hill; his grandchildren, Jessica Blouch, Nicholas Blouch, Charissa Blouch, Nichole Hogentogler, Brittany Bixler, Gary Schrey, April Schrey, Steven Schrey, Laken Schoell and Jesse Schoell; and his great grandchildren, Christian Corbin, Jordyn Blouch, Kameron Moppin, Everett Bixler of Adalynn Bixler, K. J, Hogentogler, Alina Glunz, Isabela Schrey and Zoey Schrey.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be given in Charles' memory to the dog rescue "Pitties.Love.Peace", PO Box 534, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
