She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Winfindale and Alma Winfindale (Swenson); and her siblings, Alma Graham, Harry and William Winfindale.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel S. McCorkel, Sr.; her children, Sam McCorkel, Jr. (Nancy), Frank McCorkel (Natalie), Debbie Campbell (Dan), Mark McCorkel (Danielle) and Diann Kawich (Jeff); and her siblings, Don, Norman "Tom", Richard "Dick" Winfindale and Lois "Jean" Benedict. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Four Diamonds in honor of her Great Granddaughter or the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
