He is survived by: his parents, Carl Wayne Ernst, Sr. and Peggy Jean Ernst; his wife Katherine Ernst; his daughters, Courtney and Sarah (Audie Jr.); his grandchildren, Audie III and Damon; his aunt Katharyn L Waldron; and his uncle William C Waldron (Kathy Jo).
