He was predeceased by: his parents, John Knouse and Sarah B. Graybill Knouse; and his siblings, Samuel Knouse and Mildred Kauffman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Saner Knouse; his children, Wanita A. Knouse Bortell (Morton) of Ephrata, PA, Kevin T. Knouse (Gwyneth Hoffman) of South Boston, VA and Kenneth E. Knouse of Lancaster, PA; and his sister Eleanor Brown of Oxford, PA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandson.
