He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Norman and Mary E. Reisch Billow; and his siblings, Levi Billow and Eleanor Billow. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Mahek Billow; his daughter Paula G. Jiao of Hummelstown; his granddaughters, Jessica Jiao Smith, Hawley, III of Jacksonville, FL and Monica Jiao Ream of Palmyra; his great grandchildren, Caleb Michael Sitler of Palmyra, Stratten Ruth of Jacksonville, FL, Georgia Grace of Jacksonville, FL and Holmes Elizabeth Smith of Jacksonville, FL; and his brother Harold Billow of Mount Joy.
