Byron Timmins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Byron Timmins of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, born in Frackville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 2, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester I. Timmins and Kathryn Hart Timmins; his daughter Lora L. Hay; his great grandchildren, Lorannah Jane Hay-Deswert and Izaak M. Abbott; and his siblings, Sherman A. Timmins, Patricia Wagner and Shirley T. Good.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Walters Timmins; his children, Linda S. McClure (Timothy) of New Cumberland, Louann Bell (Uly) of Linglestown, Mary Beth McKeever (Keith) of Robesonia and Byron E. Timmins (Gini) of Manheim; his son-in-law Alan Hay of Bristol; and his brother H. Chester Timmins (Virginia) of Hershey. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Hope Bible Church of Sand Beach, 216 East E. Canal Street, Hershey, PA 17033.
