He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kepner and Gertrude Kepner; his former wife Roberta J. Kepner (Brackbill); his brothers, Keith, Donald and John Kepner; and his stepson Rick Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Doris G. Kepner (Smith); his children, Debra A. Hess (James), Karen S. Kulp (Dennis) and Craig D. Kepner (Lori); and his siblings, Leon Kepner, Bernice James and Andrea Aron. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren and 4 step-great grandchildren.
