She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Iacavone and Jennie Iacavone (Pavone); her son John C. O'Toole, Jr.; and her brother John Iacavone. She is survived by: her husband John C. O'Toole, Sr.; her sons, Robert F. (Brandi) and Patrick P.; her grandchildren, Jack and Addi; and her siblings, Elizabeth Karnes (Barry) and Dominic Iacavone, Jr. (Kimberly).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 897, Hershey PA 17033.
