She is survived by: her children, Kathy Sinniger (Dale), Lisa Hetrick and David Hetrick; her grandchildren, Ryan Hetrick (Brittany) and Renee Gordon (Nate); her great grandchildren, Benjamin Hetrick, Evan Hetrick, Liam Gordon and Lydia Gordon; and her brother Keith Etnoyer. She is also survived by three nephews.
