It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arelene Vovakes (Hummelstown, Pennsylvania), born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Irene Pollack; her husband James Vovakes; her parents, Richard Wunderlich and Helena Wunderlich; and her siblings, Helena Phillips, Richard and Walter Wunderlich.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Vovakes (Brenda) of Vermont, Janice Magaro (David) of Middletown, PA and Jill Vovakes of Harrisburg, PA.; her grandchildren, David Magaro of Arizona, Ricardo Martinez of Ohio, Daniel Magaro of Indiana and Jessica Martinez of Pennsylvania; and her great grandchildren, Frankie, Julian and Romeo.
