With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amy Kohr of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 26, 2021 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father A. Michael Werni, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Peggy J. Heller Hengeveld (Cecil B.) of Palm Coast, FL; her children, Joshua S. Luttrell of Middletown, Brittany C. Luttrell of Elizabethtown and Andrea G. Conrad of Camp Hill; her grandsons, Dominic and Landon; and her siblings, Nancy Stefanowich (Daniel) of Grantville, Jennifer Hughes (Doug) of Pipersville, Michele Hengeveld of Las Vegas, NV, Keith Hengeveld (Amanda) of Pennsburg and Cecil Brian Hengeveld (Gina) of Perkasie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
