She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Allen and Sarah Kreider Risser (Curry); her husband Franklin G. Wagner; her daughter Kendra Kramer; and her siblings, Dorothy Ebersole and Titus Risser.
She is survived by: her children, Erna O'Brien (Kevin) of Hummelstown, Rethea Deveney (Bruce) of Carlisle, Franklin Wagner, Jr. (Kathleen) of Dillsburg and Curry Wagner (Denise) of Hummelstown; her sister Ilda Nauman (Marvin); her sister-in-law Arlene Risser; and her son-in-law George Kramer. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.
