She is survived by: her children, Marian Anne Schultz (Robert) of Toms River, Melody Sue Bonner (Patrick) of Toms River, Rickey Lee Kadlac (Deborah) of Toms River and Russell John Kadlac (LeaAnn) of Millville, NJ; her grandchildren, Samantha, Robert, Rickey, Shane, Desiree and Krystal; and her brother John F. Voorhees (Pam) of Idaho.

Donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908 in her memory would be appreciated.
