He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden James and Goldie Jane Maines (Neff); his wife Syndria E. Maines; and his siblings, Patty Fox, Alden Maines, Robert Maines and Danny Stonerook.
He is survived by: his pets, Zoey and Abbie; his daughters, Andria L. Smith of Hughesville and Melissa J. Davis (Morris) of Hughesville; his brother Tom Maines (Pam) of Jersey Shore; and his grandchildren, Zane Smith, Katlyn Smith of Hughesville, McKenna Smith of Hughesville, Jenna Davis of Hughesville, Emily Davis of Hughesville and Ashley Davis of Hughesville.
Due to the COVID-19 virus a memorial mass will be held at Church of the Resurrection of Muncy, with a burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery at a later date.
