He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia L. Miller and Allen; his wife Dixie M. Allen (Figels); and his siblings, Connie M. Charles of Muncy, Shirley A. Temple (Glenn) of Hughesville and Dearl G. Miller of Williamsport. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
