He is survived by: his parents, Crystal Newville of Montgomery and Kevin Dunlap of Florida; his fiancée Heather Young of Hughesvillle; his children, Tyler Smith of Montgomery and Miranda Dunlap of New Jersey; his stepchildren, Hali and Jayce Simon of Hughesville; and his siblings, Douglas Hoffman Jr. of Pennsylvania, Melissa Hoffman of Glasgow and Jessica Ramsey of New Hampshire.
