He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Campbell Franklin; his parents, Daniel Franklin and Ruth Franklin (Strong); his brothers, Albert, Edward and Willard Franklin; his stepmother Julia Coy Franklin; his parents-in-law, Fred and Alice Campbell; his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Mosier, Ronald Campbell, Karen Campbell, Elberta Franklin, LouElla Franklin and Norma Campbell; his niece Michelle Angel; his nephew Stephen Frankin; and his friend Shirley Crawley.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane K. Franklin of Williamsport; his siblings, Lloyd Franklin (Dawn) of Upton, MA and Aloha Mosier of Norfolk, CT; and his siblings-in-law, Arden Campbell of Laceyville, Barbara Cook of Vestal, NY and Ruth Franklin of Towanda.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Methodist Church (146 S Main St, Hughesville, PA 17737). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
