Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marjorie Winder of Hughesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 100, on March 12, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Barton and Florence Barton; and her former husband Leon C. Myers Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Ann Horn of Saginaw, MI; her children, Keith Myers (Nanci) of Hanson, MA, Jay Myers (Bonny) of Hughesville, Karen Smith (Lyman) of Laporte and Beth Myers of Hughesville; her stepdaughter Nancy Cheney (Pete) of Bear, DE.; and her spouse J. Byrton D. Winder. She is also survived by six grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren as well as five nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kedron United Methodist Church. After the COVID pandemic, Marjorie continued to play bridge online four or five days a week with family and friends from Massachusetts to Florida.
