He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Francis McGraw, Sr. and Joan Marie McGraw (Schwatka). He is survived by: his wife Susan A. McGraw (Babb); his children, Sylvia A. DeWire (William) of Hughesville, Brian J. Green of Pittsburgh and Jeremy R. Green of Denver, CO; his siblings, Joan McGraw, Michael J. McGraw, Harold F. McGraw, Jr., Patrick McGraw and James McGraw (Phuong); his grandchildren, Russell M. DeWire, Soleille T. Green, Sierra C. DeWire and Paxton O. Green; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn McGraw, Tasha Moore, Ryan McGraw, Rebecca McGraw, Jacob Haxton, Isaac Haxton, Dedrah Hotaling, Alex McGraw, Thomas McGraw and Samuel McGraw.
Due to the COVID-19 virus a private family service will be held at the convenience of the family.
