He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman I. Phillips and Gladys G. Phillips (Gair); his former wife Esther M. Phillips (Martz); and his brothers, Norman, Robert and David Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Phillips (Sanders) of Hughesville; and his children, John Phillips, Jr. (Robin) of Land, Norman Phillips (Kim) of Montgomery, Keith Phillips (Brinda) of Welch, Okla and Jacqueline Brennan (Michael) of Williamsport. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
The family will provide the flowers and suggest memorial contributions to a local SPCA in Jack's name or the First United Methodist Church, 602 S. Market St., Muncy, PA 17756.
