It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John A. Kita of Hughesville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kita and Leona Kita (Hendricks); his former wife Rose Kita; and his brother Joe Kita. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Kita of Hughesville; his children, Cindy Brennan (Joe) of Dover, Joy Snyder of Danville, John Kita of Danville and Brian Kita (Christine) of Duboistown; his brother James Kita (Jeanette) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Martin Brennan, Ashley Brennan, Jesse Kita, Alex Kita, Rachel Vogel, Alecia Snyder and Nathan Snyder; and his great grandchildren, Kiera Snyder and Archie Vogel.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (75 Musser Ln, Muncy, PA 17756). A Mass was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
