She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Cleveland and Welch Cleveland; and her siblings, Beatrice, Doris, Helen and Ellis.

She is survived by: her brother Cleveland; her significant other Theodore Strein (Ted); and her children, John (Jerilyn) of Port St, Laura Bower (John) of Loyalsock Twp, Richard (Marsha) of Lexington, KY and Timothy (Anne) of Montoursville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Donna attended every home Montoursville football game for 50 consecutive years until the COVID era ended her streak.
