It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Gavitt (Hughesville, Pennsylvania), born in Muncy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 21, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Gavitt (Shoemaker) and Paul Gavitt. He is survived by: his former wife Donna R. Swisher; his wife Donna R. Gavitt; his son Joshua A. Gavitt (Michelle) of Picture Rocks; his grandchildren, Dakota, Bryce, Morgan and Bailey Gavitt; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Clayton and Levi Patts; and his siblings, Robert L. Gavitt (April) of Eagles Mere, Beverly Gavitt Lowe (late Ralph Lowe) of Picture Rocks and Gloria Gavitt Horning (Henry "Nick") of Ridgway.
