He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul G. Burkhart and Dorothy Joyce Burkhart (Smith). He is survived by: his close friend Tammy Munson of Hughesville; his daughter Amy K. Esposito of Williamsport; his stepchildren, Jennifer C. Haug and Steven C. Bessler of Williamsport; and his sisters, Beth J. Burkhart of Liberty and Sherry P. Osmond of Montoursville. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
