He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Winder and Nina Winder (Freezer). He is survived by: his wife Dona Winder of Hughesville; his children, Crystal Fisher (Steven) of Hughesville, Tammy Scarborough (Todd) of Sanford, N. C. and Dan Winder (Kimberly) of Hughesville; and his siblings, Robert Winder (Judy) of Williamsport and Kathy Foulk of Virginia Beach, VA.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
