He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Weaver and Helen J. Weaver (Guisewhite); his wife Mary M. Weaver (Aul); and his siblings, Jesse Weaver and Irene Weaver.
He is survived by: his daughter Chrissie G. Perry (Lee) of Linden; his stepchildren, Nancy Edkin (James) of Picture Rocks and Michael Longstreth (Elizabeth) of Hughesville; and his siblings, Shirley Guthrie (Ronald Sr.), Martha Flick, Larry Weaver, Franklin Weaver, Jerry Weaver Sr. and Richard Weaver. He is also survived by two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
