He was predeceased by: his father Terry Sipe (Linda); his stepmother Linda Sipe; and his stepson Derrick Horne. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Aikey (James) of Muncy; his wife Paula R. Sipe (Maneval) of Hughesville; his daughters, Olyvia Sipe of Muncy and Aleaha Sipe of Hughesville; his stepson Josh Horne of Elimsport; his granddaughter Adi; and his stepsiblings, Tim Aikey (Donna) of Hughesville, Todd Bogenrief (Kim) of Paris, Tenn., Brendae Keith (Dennis) of Cogan Station and Peggy Reynolds of Mount Vernon.
