He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Shainline Tokar (Leonard) and William Coolbaugh (Jennifer); and his siblings, Erin Musewicz, Joshua Coolbaugh (Colleen), Courtney Coolbaugh, Kenny Culler, Caleb Coolbaugh (Jamie) and Natalie Coolbaugh (Bryan Sachaczenski). He is also survived by several step siblings; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
