He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Kmetz (Shipula) and John Kmetz; his brother John; and his aunt Marge Shipula. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Oliveri Kmetz; his children, Lindsay Kmetz and Christopher; his sister Mary Ann Stonius; and his in-laws, Florence Palermo (Tony), Jean Oliveri, Ann Marie Alba (Paul), Michelle Sodano (Dee), Stanley Oliveri (Dorice) and Joseph Oliveri Michael (Carmalina). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
