She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Connell and Margaret Dunleavy Connell; her sisters, Margaret Collett, Joan Ferraro, Ann Marie Jaske, Patricia Gelsleichter, Eileen Spangenburg and Frances; and her fiancé Charles Karichner.

She is survived by: her sister Judith Gelsleichter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Gardens at East Mountain, 101 E. Mountain Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
