We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2023, at the age of 88, Leona Caputo of Hughestown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tetlak and Agnes Lentowski Tetlak; her husband Albert J. Caputo; and her siblings, John (Jack), Frank, Edward, Stanley, Joseph, Charles, Adam Tetlak, Helen Nasternak, Mary Larnard, Lottie Chesar and Arlene Sawkulick.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
