She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hughes and Lena Burgio Hughes; her husband James F. O'Malley, Sr.; her brother James Hughes; and her brother-in-law Charles Giardina.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas O'Malley (Cynthia), James O'Malley, Jr. (Mary Pat), Maureen Sutkowski (Robert) and Joseph O'Malley (Kelly); her granddaughter Lena O'Malley; her children, Robert Sutkowski (Mairin McHale), Ryan Sutkowski (Kayla Kondash), Kaylene Samsell (Joseph), Taryn O'Malley and Brenna O'Malley; her siblings, Joan Giardina, Roseann Giardina (Anthony), Jerry Hughes (Kathy), Parsons and Joseph Hughes (Mary); and her siblings-in-law, Jeanne Randall (Joseph) and Edward O'Malley (Margie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
